Now a days,technological highly developed in all over the the world,but human being are slowly neglect the most important three things around us which is atmosphere,liquid and health.
As a university student,having an excellent academic and an outstanding sport does'nt mean that you will have a healthy body.Many factors contribute to the degradation of health in teens today.You live in a terribly polluted world. The atmosphere, water supply, and—unless everything you eat is totally organic—food supply are all contaminated.
Think of it, have you taking your breakfast in every morning?
Did you ever drink enough water?
Do you have time to exercise?
The research have show that breakfast is important because your body and brain need some fuel to power and prepare them for the day ahead. Like a car, you can’t run on an empty tank, you need some petrol.

Most people do not recognize the importance of exercise.Exercise is important to keep both your body and mind "in shape".
